At NextGen Technologies AI, I build the systems behind a platform where companies create and run AI agents. I built an end-to-end orchestration system that manages agents, phone numbers, departments, and knowledge bases through conversation, with approval before destructive actions and activity logging.
I also built agent memory and RAG knowledge-base search, and fixed security issues that could expose other organizations’ data through agent tool calls. I moved the voice stack to a new telephony provider, shipped the React Native app, and own Kubernetes deployments using AWS ECR and S3.
Previously, I built Nora, an internal RAG assistant at Abissnet, and self-hosted a CRM and real-time messaging platform at International Consulting Center. I also ran the IT function for a 200-employee company, where proactive monitoring reduced system downtime by over 40%.
