What I'm looking for

I'm looking to work as a Pega Lead System Architect, Senior System Architect, Technical Lead, or Technical Manager using the Pega Platform.

I've delivered Pega solutions for Amdocs, ABC Bank Brazil, Santander Brazil, Accenture, and telecommunications projects since 2013. I design technical solutions, develop reusable core components, and lead Pega Platform implementations across banking and customer service environments.

At ABC Bank Brazil, I defined architecture for Pega projects, managed Pega Cloud, reviewed consultancy code, and supported kaizen discussions to apply Pega correctly to future-state processes. At Amdocs and ProCom, I led senior development and code reviews for U.S. telecommunications projects using Pega Customer Service, REST integrations, agile delivery, and production monitoring.

I've trained developers, supervised delivery teams, supported production environments, and focused on Pega and object-oriented best practices, performance, and reusability.
