On an investment bank project, I designed and developed Pega Infinity solutions for critical processes, with a focus on scalability, performance, security and maintainability. I served as a Pega Subject Matter Expert, contributing to technical decisions and architecture reviews.
In insurance, I worked on Pega Infinity solutions for claims and policy management, developing workflows, automations and integrations. Earlier, I developed and maintained Pega solutions for telecommunications customer service and operations, including integrations with enterprise and legacy systems.
At a multinational in the pharmaceutical industry, I developed websites, intranet solutions and mobile applications, as well as analytical reports and dashboards. I also contributed to CI/CD pipelines and release management for the Pega platform, and hold Pega PCSSA and PCSA certifications.
