What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level role where I can combine backend development with technical support—building reliable Go services, troubleshooting quickly, and helping users succeed. I want a learning-focused team and clear communication.

I’m an Undergraduate Informatics Engineering student with hands-on experience in customer service and technical support. I translate complex technical findings into simple user instructions and deliver easy-to-follow solutions for users with different levels of expertise.

Alongside support work, I’ve served as an Assistant Lecturer for Introduction to Programming, monitored students during lab sessions, and helped troubleshoot coding exercises. I also support IT operations for virtual events and contribute to academic resource coordination through a learning response team, while building backend skills with Go, REST APIs, PostgreSQL/MySQL, and DevOps practices like Docker and Linux.
