I've led customer service, after-sales, parts, logistics and field operations for Daimler Trucks & Buses across Latin America, the Caribbean, Europe and Asia. My work connects technical support, warranty, service readiness and customer experience across complex distributor and dealer networks.

At Daimler Trucks & Buses Latin America, I led Truck Customer Service & Parts for FUSO across 43 general distributors, setting KPI routines for turnaround time and parts fill rate while strengthening escalation handling. Earlier, I led Mercedes-Benz truck customer service and product management, overseeing technical support, complaint handling, recalls, warranty decisions, parts business and Power BI reporting.

I've reduced warranty costs by 75% and tripled spare-parts sales in export truck markets through stronger after-sales strategy and market execution. In Germany, I led a 40+ person Mercedes-Benz/Setra service center across workshop, parts, logistics and administration, and secured a service contract for 110 buses.

Today, I advise mobility and EV organizations on go-to-market strategy, operating models, customer experience and service transformation. I bring fluent German and English, professional Spanish and Portuguese, and a practical focus on turning market feedback into better service, product readiness and retention.
