I’m looking for a team that values engineering standards, strong release discipline, and clear acceptance criteria. I want to lead frontend delivery (React/TypeScript) while collaborating on full-stack improvements and using AI tools to move faster.

I’m a Lead Frontend Software Engineer focused on building maintainable, high-quality frontends with TypeScript/JavaScript standards that teams can actually follow. At Conquer, I authored and enforced a team-wide TypeScript/JavaScript style guide to improve readability, review speed, and long-term maintainability.

I also strengthen delivery mechanics: I collaborated with QA and DevOps to formalise release processes (staging, documentation, and branch policies), reducing release incidents. I lead technical requirement discussions (TRDs), write detailed JIRA tickets with acceptance criteria, and extend scope into backend Go services to close backlog and deliver full-stack impact.

Earlier, I grew as a Senior Frontend Software Engineer by championing best practices, conducting rigorous PR reviews, and mentoring junior engineers to keep frontend quality high. As a Software Developer, I built and maintained “Conquer Voice” (CTI integration for Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics), migrated it to the Unified Interface, shipped the mobile version, and supported cross-functional UI/UX collaboration to hit delivery schedules.
