What I'm looking for

I seek a collaborative school or instructional role where I can design IB/Common Core-aligned curricula, integrate multimedia learning, coach colleagues, and drive measurable student growth.

I am an experienced elementary educator with over ten years of practice designing student-centered lessons and driving measurable learning growth across IB and Common Core curricula. I create inclusive classrooms that accommodate diverse learning styles and prioritize real-life connections and student engagement.

I have led grade-level teams, served on data and growth inspection teams, and developed curriculum and training using the ADDIE framework. I integrate technology and multimedia—using tools such as Canva and Adobe Premiere Pro—to produce visual learning materials and virtual exhibitions that enhance student outcomes.
