What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can lead learning and operational improvement, design data-informed programs, apply AI-enabled educational tools, and support institutional quality, staff development, and student success.

I've delivered English, academic writing, and vocational communication programs at Abu Dhabi University and Higher Colleges of Technology, supporting undergraduate, postgraduate, and professional learners.

I design syllabi, assessments, and learning activities aligned with outcomes, using AI-supported tools, learning management systems, and analytics to strengthen feedback, engagement, and student success.

Previously, I led academic and operational management for more than 40 staff members at Emirates Falcon International School, overseeing recruitment, appraisal, professional development, self-evaluation, development planning, inspection, accreditation, and continuous improvement.
