At Soluciones en Turismo, I worked as a junior tourism consultant, developing tourism products and experiences and designing tourism promotion and marketing actions.
I prepared tourism and territorial assessments, strategic plans, and tourism marketing plans. I also supported the acquisition and management of tourism businesses and providers.
I worked on tourism product clubs through coordination and technical assistance, including mentoring and advice. My work also included organizing networking events, workshops, and familiarization trips.
During my curricular placement at Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias de Valencia, I assisted visitors at the Science Museum and Hemisfèric, shared information about activities and services, and supported the visitor experience and ticket sales.
