I've supported Qatar Precision Health Institute and Qatar Biobank at Hamad Medical City through ISO-compliant document control, clinic and lab administration, warehouse coordination, and inventory tracking.

I manage internal and external documents using SharePoint, DocuSign, Excel trackers, and document management systems. As an internal auditor for ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001, I update procedures, follow up approvals, maintain master lists, and help teams keep records complete and accessible.

Earlier, I coordinated office operations, client documents, engineering records, meetings, reports, and correspondence for Megaworld International Qatar, Al Jassim Group, Sinohydro, and Newton International School.

Outside administration, I create graphics, presentations, videos, social media content, and edited photography. I've also completed recent training in AI for workplace documents, graphics, and videos.
