At Motorola Solutions, I manage end-to-end rollout and implementation of critical communications network infrastructure, coordinating engineering teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and customer representatives. Through planning and stakeholder coordination, I accelerated delivery of assigned project scope by approximately seven months.

I've led nationwide network rollout and deployment work across RAN, LTE/5G, TETRA, FTTx, and telecom infrastructure. I build rollout schedules, delivery plans, milestones, implementation roadmaps, and risk management processes while translating customer requirements into implementation plans.

As a self-employed Telecommunications Designer and Project Coordinator, I designed and coordinated FTTx/fibre rollout projects, including routes, BOQ/BOM, technical documentation, site inspections, permits, and approvals. Previously at Electronic Control Systems, I designed FTTH/FTTx and low-voltage telecommunications infrastructure and supported deployment activities.

I bring hands-on technical documentation and network-design experience using AutoCAD, Revit, QGIS, MS Project, Jira, and SAP, alongside fluent English and native Polish, Ukrainian, and Russian communication.
