Eugenie Treges

I’ve developed CAPS-aligned teaching, learning and assessment materials within the South African school curriculum. In Geography, I connect classroom theory to real-world issues and help learners explore physical and human geography.

I place particular emphasis on Geographical Skills and mapwork, including topographic and orthophoto map interpretation. I’ve also prepared tests, examinations, marking guidelines, revision materials and study resources aligned with curriculum requirements.

My previous teaching experience includes six years teaching Afrikaans at Concord College and five years at Sunward Christian Academy. I aim to create structured, respectful, inclusive and learner-centred classrooms where learners are encouraged to participate and understand the purpose of their learning.
