At Face aux Risques Professionnels SA, I’m leading the migration of ERP solutions to Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365, including access security, data migration, and end-user support. I also administer Microsoft 365 and Dolibarr ERP.
At Willis Towers Watson, I was the primary technical escalation point for complex incidents and designed monitoring portals and dashboards with Power Pages, Power BI, and Dataverse. I automated reporting and data-reconciliation workflows, reducing manual processing time by more than 40%.
At ACTIVA Assurances Group, I designed and deployed systems and network infrastructure across sites in Cameroon and Côte d'Ivoire, and led the multi-country deployment of the Hyperion ERP in Abidjan. I also managed identities and access, administered network security, and implemented Zabbix monitoring.
Earlier, as Infrastructure Manager at Face aux Risques Professionnels SA, I redesigned the local network and deployed core systems, including Active Directory and Dolibarr ERP. I’m pursuing an MSc in Cloud Computing at Munster Technological University and hold Microsoft Azure AZ-104, Fortinet NSE 1-3, Cisco Network Technician, and VMware certifications.
