What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a full-time remote or Johannesburg role where I can build AI systems, automation, and web products, learn from people better than me, and contribute to work at a scale I can't reach alone.

I ran WebOn Digital Solutions end to end, delivering client websites and building the systems behind the agency: a self-hosted CRM, live client intake tool, and quote, invoice, and onboarding generator.

I build primarily with Claude Code, Next.js, Tailwind, shadcn/ui, n8n, Vercel, Git, and GitHub. My work includes agentic development, prompt libraries, MCP servers, subagents, hooks, human-in-the-loop approval design, API integrations, and automated workflows.

At Tumbling Tigerz South Africa, I progressed to senior coach and area manager, training and managing junior coaches while running B2B outreach, events, contracts, and account relationships.

I want to bring my shipped systems, documentation-first approach, and commercial experience into a company where I can learn from strong people and work at greater scale.

Ran the agency end to end and delivered sites for paying clients, including prospecting, discovery, scoping, quoting, build, deployment, handover and care plans. Built and shipped client websites as Next.js, Tailwind and shadcn/ui projects on Vercel, developed in Claude Code against a custom global configuration with subagents, hooks and a lean set of MCP servers.
