At Nclose (Integrity360), I run production Linux infrastructure in a managed detection and response environment. I administer Elastic Stack and OpenSearch clusters across 220 nodes, sustaining roughly 200,000 events per second and about 2 PB of data.

I build custom Puppet modules, manage Proxmox virtual machines with Terraform, and develop Python tooling that removes repetitive operational work. My OpenSearch triage tooling reduced routine diagnosis to roughly two minutes, while Grafana and Zabbix monitoring helps surface degradation before client impact.

I've delivered end-to-end platform deployments for enterprise clients across financial services, retail, healthcare, and mining, and contributed to incident response, post-mortems, CAB submissions, and runbooks. Earlier at Afrihost, I supported hosting and connectivity services and built a Python triage tool adopted by other consultants.
