I’m a management trainee seeking a full-time or part-time opportunity. I bring experience analyzing and annotating data, supporting scientific research, and writing academic work with clear, evidence-based thinking.

In core insurance operations, I develop data-driven strategies to optimise channel performance and marketing effectiveness. I also supported system maintenance and testing by identifying bugs, assisting in troubleshooting, and validating new feature releases.

I reviewed insurance claims for documentation completeness and policy compliance, and followed up with clients for additional information. Alongside this, I helped recruitment by screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate tracking reports.

In data-driven channel marketing, I conducted data annotation and basic data cleaning to improve dataset quality for analysis. I monitored campaign performance across distribution channels, identified trends, and partnered with channel teams to track execution metrics and resolve reporting data discrepancies.
