I'm looking to lead and deliver enterprise technology solutions where I can improve business workflows through ERP implementation, automation, AI-enabled reporting, client success, and team development.

At Techwise Solutions, I lead ERP Account Managers and Support Officers delivering enterprise technology solutions, from planning and design through implementation, client support, and system upgrades.

I've led ERPNext implementations across CRM, Sales, Purchasing, Accounting, Inventory, HR & Payroll, Projects, Assets, Manufacturing, and Support. I customize workflows, reports, print formats, roles, and doctypes, while using AI for reporting, automation, and decision support.

I also implement Zoho Books, SambaPOS, and RetailMan systems, train users across ERP and POS platforms, and bring a software engineering background in Python, Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, HTML, and CSS.
