What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a People Operations or Employee Experience role where I can build scalable, humane HR systems, strengthen onboarding and employee lifecycle experiences, partner with leaders on people priorities, and continue growing toward strategic HR business partnership.

I've owned people operations across Watu Credit and Burn Manufacturing, building reliable employee lifecycle processes spanning onboarding, benefits, payroll inputs, performance reviews, records, compliance, and offboarding.

At Burn Manufacturing, I supported the Kenya workforce as it grew from roughly 350 to around 800 employees and coordinated onboarding for approximately 1,200 casual workers. I also introduced contract tracking, structured exit processes, global employee communications, and wellbeing initiatives that encouraged earlier support-seeking and contributed to fewer unplanned absences.

Grounded in human resource management, psychological counselling, and workplace wellbeing advocacy, I bring operational rigour and human insight to people systems. I'm growing toward strategic HR business partnership while helping employees and managers rely on clear, consistent, and humane processes.
