What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a fully remote role where I can manage calendars, inboxes, customer support, documentation, and social media while working independently, communicating clearly, and supporting a team across flexible time zones.

I've supported USM Communications with executive calendar and email management, customer support, data entry, reporting, presentations, and social media scheduling.

I keep appointments conflict-free, maintain organised records and databases, and respond to customer inquiries, order updates, and issues through email and chat. I work independently, meet deadlines consistently, and keep stakeholders informed.

Previously at Sadook Limited, I handled customer inquiries, processed orders, updated CRM records, and prepared customer feedback and process-improvement reports in a fast-paced environment.
