What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer support role where I can resolve payment and digital-service issues, manage escalations, improve support processes, and deliver clear, consistent customer communication.

I support customers at Buypower.ng with electricity tokens, payments, subscriptions, account issues, and failed transactions, handling more than 1,000 chats and emails each week. I investigate issues through payment information, transaction records, and backend logs, then communicate clear next steps through to resolution.

Previously, I handled transaction disputes and customer complaints at FirstBank Nigeria Limited, helping recover more than ₦10 billion in customer funds and reducing average resolution time by 18%. I use Zendesk and other support tools to document cases, manage escalations, maintain troubleshooting guides, and improve service quality.
