What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a senior compliance role where I can advise executives, run enhanced due diligence, strengthen compliance programs and internal policies, and help mitigate regulatory, operational, and reputational risk while enabling sustainable business growth.

I’m a licensed attorney in Brazil with over 10 years of experience in compliance, anti-corruption, and corporate law within multinational organizations. I support global business units by translating ethics, compliance, and regulatory requirements into practical guidance that leaders can act on.

In my current role as a Senior Compliance Officer at Embraer S.A., I provide compliance support across Defense & Security, Engineering, Government Relations, and ESG teams across South America, Europe, and parts of Asia. I conduct enhanced due diligence, review and draft internal policies and procedures aligned with global compliance standards, and deliver legal opinions and compliance guidance to mitigate regulatory, operational, and reputational risks.

Previously, as a Senior Attorney at EP Sociedade de Advocacia, I advised clients on civil, contractual, and compliance matters, leading negotiations to reduce liability and operational risk. Earlier, as Corporate Legal Counsel at Grupo Boticário and General Motors do Brasil, I served as a legal focal point for key functions and supported international agreements and compliance risk assessments, strengthening legal frameworks for sustainable growth.
