I’m a bilingual Trust & Safety Analyst and Content Quality Specialist with 3+ years of experience working in high-volume digital platform environments. I focus on accurate policy enforcement, quality assurance, and risk detection—especially when content involves sensitive or emotionally demanding scenarios.

In my current role, I review 220+ pieces of user-generated content daily (1000+ weekly) in English and Spanish, consistently maintaining strong performance across metrics like Reason Accuracy, AHT, and Knowledge Assessments. I apply complex guidelines, identify and escalate critical safety violations to specialized teams and external channels, and make sure platform safety is protected for vulnerable users.

I also bring a creative edge from freelance work as an illustrator and visual artist, designing visual assets from concept to final delivery. Now I’m expanding into UX Design, integrating user-centered thinking with content evaluation and digital platform operations to help teams build safer, clearer experiences.
