At NCR Voyix, I deploy and maintain POS terminals, self-checkout systems, servers, switches, routers, UPS units, and back-office equipment in major retail environments. I handle installations, break/fix repairs, system imaging, rack builds, cabling, and on-site hardware and network diagnostics to protect store uptime.
I've completed multi-device network deployments with Aruba switches, access points, and SFP connectivity, validating and remediating issues at the site level alongside field and remote support teams.
Previously, I used Excel, Access, SQL, and Power BI for audits, reconciliations, database updates, reporting, and tax-system support. My hands-on background also includes PC and printer repair, soldering, custom 3D printing, and technical support for staff.
