At Crossover for Work, I architect the incremental replacement of a legacy student information system while it stays in sync with the old system. The rebuild integrated 10 systems, migrated about 500K records, and served 100K users.
I designed two-way SaaS integrations and event-driven AWS backends, including record matching, reconciliation jobs, and zero-downtime database migrations. Products delivered include Athena and Reading Critters.
I also build MCP servers that expose business data to AI agents, create agent-facing documentation evaluations, and develop custom Claude Code skills. My delivery work includes CI/CD, deployed-environment end-to-end tests, and automated review.
Earlier, at ITWORX Education, I architected and delivered services on the Microsoft stack and served as technical lead on concurrent projects. I began in web development and release management at ITWORX and DataWeb SA.
