I've built AI software systems including a multi-agent customer ticket triage platform, a Hybrid RAG enterprise knowledge assistant, and a civic intelligence system for issue verification and resolution tracking. I use Python, LangGraph, FastAPI, Docker, REST APIs, ChromaDB, and Streamlit to deliver maintainable end-to-end workflows.
I've also developed medical image segmentation and automated reporting workflows using U-Net models. I focus on analyzing system behavior, improving reliability, debugging technical problems, and building modular software that supports data-driven decisions.
