At AMEY UK, I managed the designed and built Roads & Highways GIS Model for the Qatar World Cup 2022 Infrastructure Project, including asset data capture using LIDAR.

I implemented a data quality control and assurance system and integrated GIS with Maximo, customer contact, inspection, and asset management systems. I also managed a team of 22 Asset Information staff and designed and delivered training based on a staff skills gap analysis.

As Managing Director of EUSL –Evans Utility Services, I built a GIS company that grew to a staff base of 82 and supplied services to utilities, local government, and environmental agencies. I also led GIS integration work for Welsh Water’s EAMS (SAP).

Earlier, at Williamson Technical Services –PrecessionGeotechnicalSurveyors, I worked in surveying, cartography, and project management, capturing asset data for water and wastewater networks. More recently, I designed and delivered courses at DTP Education Solutions and volunteered with Savong Orphanage School on funding bids, school development plans, and staff training.
