I'm looking to lead accounting operations, ERP transformation, controls, and reporting in a lean, high-growth business where I can partner cross-functionally and build scalable, audit-ready finance processes.

I've led accounting operations and financial reporting for Chargie, Ninjio, Goldstar Events, Stellar Live, and digital media businesses. At Chargie, I improved NetSuite inventory reconciliation workflows and reduced monthly inventory adjustments to under 0.5% by Q4 2025.

I've directed ERP implementations and migrations across NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Tipalti, Ramp, Bill.com, ADP, Avalara, and Carta. At Ninjio, I led the QuickBooks-to-NetSuite migration and post-acquisition consolidation of an Israeli software company, coordinating its first consolidated post-acquisition audit.

I've built controls, close processes, compliance programs, and reporting frameworks for lean, fast-moving organizations. At Goldstar, I helped secure a $20M investment round, led the first financial audit with no audit adjustments, and negotiated merchant contracts that generated more than $250k in annualized savings.
