At Dynamic Specialty, I recovered more than $1 million in previously unbilled or under-collected revenue by reconciling policy activity, carrier statements, commissions, cancellations, and premium-finance transactions.

I build GAAP-aligned reporting, revenue-recognition schedules, reconciliations, cash-flow processes, internal controls, and audit-ready month-end workflows. At PHM, I reduced the monthly close to three business days and delivered approximately $250,000 in cost savings through refinancing and vendor negotiations.

I also partner with Software Engineering to translate complex MGA transactions into accounting-system requirements, validation controls, exception reporting, and general-ledger mappings. At Naftali, I contributed to approximately $500,000 in corporate tax savings through account analysis, tax-planning support, and coordination with external tax professionals.
