What I'm looking for

I want to join a QA or Software Testing team where business context and technical rigor work together. I’ll bring process improvement, QMS mindset, and testing skills—so defects connect to real operational outcomes—available for remote roles.

I’m a QA-focused professional who comes from Business Operations—because I’ve learned that many “quality problems” are process failures, not just technical defects. After 3+ years supporting sales operations and customer lifecycle workflows, I started connecting bugs and failed tests directly to operational and business outcomes.

In my current role, I support end-to-end order workflows across LATAM, NA, and EMEA, managing 100+ accounts using Salesforce CRM, while coordinating across commercial, logistics, and customer service teams. Previously, I delivered quality-first customer support through email, phone, and chat, handling 50+ cases daily in Salesforce while maintaining compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) standards.

Now I’m pursuing a degree in Systems Engineering while expanding my technical skills in manual & automated testing methodologies, SDLC & Agile, QA tools and automation frameworks, and continuous improvement. I’m looking to join a QA or Software Testing team where business context and technical rigor work together—especially for remote opportunities.
