I’m a Software QA Engineer with experience in software quality assurance, manual testing, and API validation. I bring a customer-focused mindset, strong analytical thinking, and clear communication to every stage of testing.

In my QA role, I executed end-to-end manual testing for web applications, designing and maintaining test cases, test plans, and testing scenarios. I performed Black Box and White Box testing, and validated APIs using Postman to verify request/response structures, authentication methods, and data integrity.

I collaborate closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and improve product quality. I also document defects with precise reproduction steps, participate in defect triage, and support Agile workflows through sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Before focusing on QA, I supported operations through customer service, marketing, and administrative work—experience that strengthened my client relations and problem-resolution skills. I’m now eager to keep improving testing efficiency, including Cypress automation, while delivering exceptional user experiences.
