What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an operations, logistics, or order management role where I can improve workflows, coordinate cross-functional teams, use data to solve fulfillment challenges, and support accurate on-time delivery.

I'm currently coordinating 50–100+ customer orders weekly at SECOR, managing each order from entry through fulfillment while maintaining accurate records and on-time delivery.

I work across Sales, Production, Purchasing, Shipping, and Customer Service to resolve order issues, communicate lead times, and improve fulfillment workflows. I use ERP systems, Excel reports, and order data to support operational decisions and process improvement.

Previously, I led daily outbound shipping coordination at SECOR, tracking freight, carriers, truck requirements, material readiness, and shipping documentation. My background also includes customer-facing commercial window cleaning, where I built a reliable, safety-focused service mindset.
