I’m a Civil Engineer and Quantity Take-off Specialist who turns plans into accurate numbers that help projects win and move smoothly into execution. As Bid Technical Head at YAR Drainage Maintenance Services, I oversee complete bid proposal preparation—ensuring technical and legal requirements are met—while representing the company during pre-bid conferences and public openings to clarify scope with confidence.

Previously, I worked as a Cost Estimator onsite, handling blueprint reading and producing highly accurate quantity take-offs through PlanSwift and Bluebeam Revu. I also prepared official tender and quotation documents, validated material costs via RFQ/RFP sourcing, and coordinated with vendors and project owners so budget constraints and technical requirements stay aligned.

Earlier, I served as a Civil Engineer onsite, developing Programs of Work (POW), Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and Detailed Unit Price Analysis (DUPA) for horizontal and vertical infrastructures, while supporting site productivity through daily accomplishment reporting. I also build infrastructure plans using ArcMap and QGIS, and I approach every task with the same discipline I used as a freelance tutor—clear communication, step-by-step problem solving, and a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
