I provide technical support for telecom services (fiber, modem, and network connectivity), guiding users through diagnostics and step-by-step resolutions. I handle high-volume customer interactions via phone and chat while keeping accurate documentation and aiming for high first-call resolution.

Alongside support work, I’ve done customer support and data entry, maintaining and updating customer and service records and verifying data accuracy in internal systems and spreadsheets.
