I’m an HR service delivery and organizational effectiveness leader with 16+ years architecting workforce transformation, capability-building, and service delivery infrastructure across Fortune 100 environments. I scaled a C-suite advisory firm from an early founding team member to an enterprise client base, culminating in a successful acquisition, and I’ve led workforce transformation for organizations before, during, and after acquisitions.
Today, I focus on AI safety and evaluation work, including serving as an inaugural member of LinkedIn’s Red Team to design and evaluate adversarial prompts and identify behavioral risk signals. I conduct structured LLM evaluation with calibrated rubrics and translate behavioral science into RLHF signals to improve model accuracy, reduce hallucinations, and strengthen alignment with real-world context—while also maintaining a pro bono executive coaching and advisory practice for senior leaders.
