What I'm looking for

I’m looking for fractional advisory work applying AI safety and human-in-the-loop evaluation in enterprise settings—helping align generative AI with human judgment and standards—while supporting senior leaders through executive coaching and organizational transformation.

I’m an HR service delivery and organizational effectiveness leader with 16+ years architecting workforce transformation, capability-building, and service delivery infrastructure across Fortune 100 environments. I scaled a C-suite advisory firm from an early founding team member to an enterprise client base, culminating in a successful acquisition, and I’ve led workforce transformation for organizations before, during, and after acquisitions.

Today, I focus on AI safety and evaluation work, including serving as an inaugural member of LinkedIn’s Red Team to design and evaluate adversarial prompts and identify behavioral risk signals. I conduct structured LLM evaluation with calibrated rubrics and translate behavioral science into RLHF signals to improve model accuracy, reduce hallucinations, and strengthen alignment with real-world context—while also maintaining a pro bono executive coaching and advisory practice for senior leaders.
