I’m a Software Engineer with 5 years of experience building and maintaining platforms that support business solutions, especially in insurance and connected-home flows. I enjoy working close to the problem—turning production issues into root-cause findings and measurable improvements.

At Asurion ROHQ, I build and maintain platforms using Node.js, React, and OracleSQL, and I use debugging tools like OpenSearch and OracleDB to perform root cause analysis and data analysis. I also leverage AWS CDK to deliver infrastructure and microservices with AWS Lambda, AWS S3, AWS Glue, and DynamoDB for data management across claims-related systems.

I focus on reliability and automation, using an agentic-with-human-validation approach for repetitive tasks such as regression testing, DML scripts, and dependabot PR creation. I’m comfortable blending software engineering with practical automation so teams move faster without sacrificing quality.

Before Asurion, I worked as a Technical Consultant at Infor, where I developed scripts and SDKs integrated into clients’ Infor M3 business solutions using Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, SQL, and XML. Earlier, as a Research & Development Engineer, I delivered backend components for projects involving NodeJS/Express, MongoDB, and templating with Handlebars, and I also contributed to IoT and medical API systems.
