Member of a national team driving responsible AI adoption, improving staff productivity and simplifying processes while defining safe and compliant AI use.

Elected head of a 1,700-member organisation, accountable for governance, operations, and compliance. Conducts and maintains the organisation’s GDPR DPIA and Article 30 records of processing on his own initiative.

Ran day-to-day operations of Portugal’s largest volunteering confederation, including contracts, legal obligations, and volunteer data, with the board. Managed governance-level relationships, grew the confederation to 50 member organisations, and produced executive reports, annual plans, and KPI dashboards.

Managed administration and approvals, contracting, and finance for Portugal’s longest continuously published magazine. Led the full digital transition while maintaining editorial continuity and overseeing a professional team and external suppliers.

Led external and institutional relations, representation, and awards for six years, including external relations and protocol for Acanac’22. Coordinated a major digital educational project during the pandemic, raised funds for Cáritas, and led multidisciplinary teams of staff and volunteers.

Contributed to public education policy at Portugal’s principal advisory body by producing formal opinions and strategic analysis. Helped support securing, for the first time, the presidency of the National Youth Council.

Represented Portugal in the Eurodesk network, running the national rollout of youth information and mobility initiatives. Delivered periodic reporting to European institutions.

Completed Ironhack’s intensive Cybersecurity Bootcamp (400+ hours) in 2026, covering network security, system hardening, threat analysis, incident response, digital forensics, and security monitoring. Capstone: Purple Range.

Earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Management at ISG — Business & Economics School in Lisbon from 2014 to 2017.
