I'm looking to connect purpose-driven teams with top insurance talent through strategic, relationship-focused full-cycle recruiting and exceptional candidate and hiring-manager experiences.

At Kings Insurance Staffing, I lead full-cycle recruiting for national insurance carriers, MGAs, TPAs, and brokerage partners across P&C, professional liability, claims, and underwriting.

I build consultative relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and executive leadership while guiding searches from intake and sourcing through interviews, offers, and onboarding. I also deliver curated candidate submissions and market intelligence on compensation, competition, and hiring practices.

Previously, I recruited for Fortune 500 insurance carriers and TPAs at The Jonus Group and built hiring-manager relationships at TheBest Insurance Recruiting Specialists. I recruit with strategy and integrity, using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS and CRM tools, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach to create strong candidate and client experiences.
