At Pebble Beach Company, I built the service desk from the ground up and later led infrastructure operations for a 24/7 resort. I upgraded the inter-site fiber backbone from 10G to a 40G mesh and supported major events including the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am, U.S. Open, and Concours d’Elegance.
I led the evaluation, pilot, and rollout of Claude and Microsoft 365 Copilot to about 100 users, alongside AI governance and user training. I also migrated about 600 mailboxes to Microsoft 365 and moved about 125 servers to VMware HCI on Pure Storage, cutting storage costs by about 70% over three years.
Today, through Lomboy InfraTech LLC, I advise on infrastructure, cybersecurity, compliance, cloud migration, and disaster recovery. My work is grounded in dependable IT operations, from incident response and PCI DSS compliance to quarterly disaster recovery testing.
