What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead operations end-to-end—coordinating transmission/distribution and solar project construction, enforcing safety and quality through inspections and audits, and mentoring teams to deliver on schedule.

I’m an operations and field-execution leader focused on delivering transmission and distribution infrastructure and PV solar projects with strong safety, quality, and schedule discipline. I’ve built my career around high-voltage environments—working from hands-on rigger roles through supervision and into executive operations leadership.

Since 08/2021, I’ve served as Chief Operations Officer for Solar Tyme USA LLC and Solar Energy SL LTD, overseeing operations for Transmission and Distribution globally in Sierra Leone. I supervise and coordinate key activities tied to the construction of PV solar projects, ensuring the right inspections, resources, and follow-through are in place to avoid delays and protect performance.

Before my current executive role, I led major construction teams for 11kV, 33kV, and 225kV transmission work, including tower foundation construction, tower erection, and conductor stringing. As a team manager for the construction of twenty pylons and as a reviewer of plans and specifications, I ensured towers-tightening teams achieved final corrections and that site quality was accurately reported to site construction managers.

I also bring a practical safety and compliance background, including experience as a Safety Officer (Adviser) & HR Assistant Administrator, where I supported recruiting and induction and helped administrate safety compliance across the workforce. Across projects, I’ve conducted routine quality audits, coordinated with utility service providers to meet project schedules, inspected lines and assemblies to anticipate replacements or upgrades, and mentored teams through disciplined time management and problem-solving.
