Erica Hedspeth

I currently transport patients with Eastern Medical Transport, coordinating trips between hospitals, homes, doctors’ offices, and nursing homes while completing reports and handling phone communication.

Through more than a decade as a Personal Care Assistant with Home Life Care, I supported nursing-home residents with daily care. I bring patient care, HIPAA awareness, vital signs, care plans, medical terminology, and front-desk experience.

I’ve also served customers in retail and hospitality at Victra, Lowe’s Home Improvement, and Andy’s. I opened accounts, processed payments, resolved account issues, took orders, prepared food, hosted guests, and helped create the positive customer experiences I value.

I love my job wherever I work and enjoy seeing people smile when they receive the customer service they deserve.
