What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-facing role where I can apply my hospitality studies, deliver excellent service, support safety and event-ready operations, and grow through sales, merchandising, and team collaboration.

I’m a hospitality student with hands-on customer service experience, helping guests feel supported, informed, and taken care of. In my roles, I consistently prioritized safety attentiveness, clear communication of rules, and a welcoming experience for every customer.

I also bring strong sales and presentation skills from styling and retail support—greeting customers warmly, giving personalized fashion advice, upselling complementary items, and maintaining visual standards. I’m comfortable working with POS systems, handling phone inquiries for scheduling, keeping reservation records, and managing inventory and supplies.
