Junior cybersecurity analyst at Kenya Tea Packers Limited (KETEPA), supporting Microsoft 365, Sophos firewalls, and enterprise IT systems.

What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a high-growth technical engineering environment focused on building resilient networks, optimizing enterprise applications, and automating IT workflows. I want to expand my expertise in distributed systems, contribute to infrastructure migrations, and engineer high-availability solutions.

At Kenya Tea Packers Limited (KETEPA), I configured, deployed, and maintained workstations, network printers, and tablets. I also supported Microsoft 365 administration and Sophos firewall security rules.

I provided tier-1 and tier-2 troubleshooting across Windows and Linux environments, and maintained iSCALA ERP workflows and SalesForce Automation applications.

My training includes a Diploma in Cybersecurity from Kibabii University, Bungoma, AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification, HCIA Security Certification, and AWS re/Start. I'm looking to grow into cloud administration, distributed systems, and enterprise infrastructure work.
