I’m a Research Statistician and data analyst with nearly 3 years of experience conducting large-scale data analysis and environmental scanning–style research in health and biological systems. I collect, validate, organize, and interpret complex datasets to support surveillance, diagnostics, and evidence-based decision-making.

In my roles at the University of Victoria, I’ve conducted exploratory data analysis and identified patterns, trends, and relationships within high-dimensional datasets. I synthesize findings into structured reports, technical summaries, and publications for interdisciplinary and government stakeholders, including the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA).

I also build data-driven tools and communication assets—developing interactive dashboards with R Shiny, performing statistical modeling and machine learning-supported analysis, and turning outputs into clear data storytelling. I’m motivated by work that combines rigorous quantitative methods with thoughtful interpretation, reproducibility, and strong stakeholder collaboration.
