I developed a Python/Gurobi two-stage decision-support model with IBM Turkey for workforce allocation and budget-aware multi-project planning. I translated workload, capacity, timing, and budget constraints into mathematical models that improve workforce utilization across concurrent projects.

At TCI - Aircraft Interiors, I audited material suppliers, conducted production-site visits, inspected supplied parts, and prepared First Article Inspection files. I also contributed to supplier and process performance through system integration support, Gemba Walks, and Kaizen activities.

At Phinia Inc., I supported product quality control and manufacturing-process optimization through structured problem solving and process-improvement activities.
