What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue leading customer-centric digital product initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional Agile teams to translate strategy and customer needs into high-value product delivery.

At Vodafone Albania, I lead the commercial management and continuous evolution of core mobile products across Prepaid, Postpaid, and Convergent portfolios.

I translate customer insights, market analysis, regulatory changes, and business goals into prioritized product requirements and backlogs. I work closely with Technology, Digital, Customer Experience, Business Intelligence, Finance, Legal, and Marketing teams to deliver end-to-end enhancements, pricing strategies, campaigns, and go-to-market plans.

I use KPIs including subscriber growth, ARPU, revenue, acquisition, retention, churn, penetration, and profitability to identify opportunities for product optimization and continuous value delivery.

Previously, I coordinated innovation programs at Barleti University and Tirana Inc., supporting startup product discovery, MVP validation, customer journey mapping, and Lean and Agile ways of working. I also gathered enterprise requirements and coordinated software delivery at Division 5.
