I’m a manufacturing analytics specialist with 17+ years bridging industrial operations and advanced BI engineering. I design, build, and deploy automation systems that remove manual work and help leaders act with confidence.

In my current role as an “SQL Data & BI Analytics Lead | Investment Planning Chief,” I architect HANA SQL → Power BI pipelines that eliminate ~15 hrs/week of manual VBA/Excel reporting across 5+ departments. I also develop ROI/NPV investment models to compare shift, CAPEX, and subcontractor scenarios for C-suite decisions.

My approach is end-to-end: from scheduled data retrieval and ETL to reliable delivery. I’ve deployed Python + MS Flow automated report distribution—maintaining ~12 months of zero critical failures—and built an OTIF root-cause framework plus inventory ageing/anomaly detection and an ABC/XYZ stock policy engine.

Earlier, as Plant Manager for an ISO 13485-certified medical devices factory, I led MES-lite data collection and deployed a live bottleneck dashboard. I also ran a multi-vertical business with 50–60 employees, bringing full P&L ownership into how I plan, execute, and measure outcomes.
