I’m passionate about coffee, and I’m currently working as a barista in Brussels. Through hands-on experience and training, I’ve developed a strong interest in specialty coffee and a clear focus on consistency and creating a welcoming service.
In my role, I dial in espresso and adjust grind during service to maintain consistent extraction. I build reliability through milk texturing & latte art fundamentals, and I manage high-volume service while keeping workflow clean and efficient.
I also deepen my craft through Barista Training—Specialty Coffee Knowledge, including espresso dialing with extraction variables (dose, yield, time) and understanding origins and flavor profiles. I apply precision to bar organization and workflow so every cup stays aligned with quality standards.
I bring a customer-first mindset and international adaptability, engaging with customers and making recommendations during fast-paced shifts. I’m now looking to grow in a quality-driven environment where I can continue to refine my skills.
