What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a team where I can build and deploy AI-powered products (chatbots, automation, fintech tools) and keep mentoring others. I want meaningful real-world impact, room to grow, and support for strong engineering practices.

I bring hands-on experience in AI, machine learning, software engineering, automation, and intelligent systems, with a strong focus on turning models into production-ready applications. I’m motivated by using technology to solve real-world problems, empower communities, and build scalable solutions.

As a Technical Mentor at Technical University of Mombasa, I mentor students in AI, ML, Python, and Linux, organize study groups, run AI workshops, and support hackathon teams. I also help with project development, model debugging, and application deployment to get ideas working end-to-end.

I’ve built AI-powered products such as a fully automated WhatsApp bot (WhatsApp Business API) with intelligent query processing, plus a PDF-powered RAG chatbot for retrieval-based answers. I also developed an investment group finance system with automated statements and admin analytics, and implemented an automated M-Pesa STK Push system with referral functionality and live transaction tracking.

During my recent internship and training work at Swahilipot Hub Foundation, I supported web and backend development, built APIs, optimized database structures, and contributed in an agile environment. My projects span speech transcription for a low-resource language (Ewe), speech and community platforms, timetable simplification from Excel/PDF, and computer vision models like face recognition and fruit classification—always with a commitment to tech education and community growth.
