What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that fosters growth in AI and data science, with a collaborative team environment.

I am a dedicated Computer Scientist with a strong passion for backend development, data science, and AI engineering. My academic journey at Kenyatta University has equipped me with a solid foundation in mathematics, statistics, and programming, which I leverage to support data science and RAG applications. I take pride in mentoring fellow data scientists at Everything Data Kenya, where I not only share my knowledge but also learn from others in the process.

During my internship at AICE Africa, I successfully built a Question Answering RAG Application using Python and integrated a text-to-speech feature with Hugging Face Model. Additionally, I developed a Backend REST API using Django Rest Framework that efficiently maps users to their current locations, converting addresses to longitudes and latitudes with GeoPandas. My projects, such as the Breast Cancer Prediction web application, showcase my ability to create impactful solutions that utilize advanced data analysis techniques.
