What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I combine sales and data analysis—using SQL, Power BI, and customer insights to drive growth, improve processes, and deliver excellent service in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

I’m a Sales Representative with experience spanning sales, customer service, and client recovery—currently also strengthening my data analysis skills. In my Collections Analyst role at HSBC Mexico, I analyze each client profile to identify causes of delinquency and determine the best recovery strategy, using active listening and assertive communication to reach solutions.

I’m also building my analytics practice through a Data Analysis Internship in progress at TripleTen, where I use SQL for data extraction and analysis, perform data cleaning and validation, and create KPI reporting in Power BI and Excel. I bring a proactive, people-first mindset—plus the ability to work under pressure—developed through sales roles and hands-on experience across customer-facing environments.
